Formosa Baptist Church, as a mission-minded church, has historically contributed significantly to the cooperative program through affiliations with the SBC and ABSC. Our average attendance on Sunday morning is 75 with Sunday School classes available for all ages. Wednesday night attendance can be 80 to 90 with children's, youth and adult Bible classes. We don't have a Sunday evening service but do have regular fellowship activities and observe the Lord's Supper. We support our North Central Baptist Association, The CALL of Van Buren County and do many mission projects during the year.
Clinton, Arkansas is a growing city on the direct route to Branson and Springfield, MO to the north and only 30 minutes to Conway and 45 minutes to Little Rock to the south. Major employers in our area include health care facilities, 4 school districts, Petit Jean Electric Cooperative and Flywheel Energy. There are plenty of locally owned or managed businesses to serve the community. Our schools are excellent and every family has school choice.
Greers Ferry Lake is just minutes away for fishing and water sports and the Ozark Mountain National Forest is nearby for hunting, camping, and hiking or trail riding.

Located in the beautiful foothills of the Ozark Mountains in North Central Arkansas we are a multi-generational church with a large and active childrens's and youth ministries. The church itself is almost 100 years old and is well-established as a congregation who loves and serves each other, the church, and the community. Most of all we strive to do the Lord's work in carrying out the Great Commission. We adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 1963.
